Thanks for shopping with us! We're so happy you chose our product and want you to feel amazing in it. If for any reason it's not a perfect fit, we're here to help with easy returns and exchanges.
You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to decide if it's right for you.
About Sale Items: Please note that discounted items discounted are considered a final sale. However, we still want to ensure you get the right size, so these items are eligible for size exchange only.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them. Once we receive your return, please allow 10-14 business days for us to process it.
Returning Your Order is Simple:
For U.S. Customers (Prepaid Shipping): Email us to fashion@shoppauseny.com to start your return and get a prepaid shipping label. Make sure to to enter "returns" in the subject line. The fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund. If you have multiple orders to return, you can ship them together as long as you initiate a return for each and include all the return packing slips.
Prefer to Use Your Own Label? No problem! Email us to fashion@shoppauseny.com and write "returns" in the subject line. Once receiving confirmation and a return code, create your own label using your preferred carrier.

Once your return arrives, we'll promptly refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

If the size you need is currently in stock, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs for sending the original item back and for us to send the new size to you.
A Few Important Reminders:
Discounted items are final sale (exchange for size only, no returns).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
We cannot accept in-person returns at our returns address.
Returns postmarked after 7 days from the date you received your order will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or return.
Our Shipping Promise:
We aim to get your order to you quickly! Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. If there's a significant delay, we'll be sure to let you know. Once your package leaves our hands, we're no longer responsible for it.

Within the U.S.: Just $7.95, and all orders over $175 ship for free!
International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated live by our carrier based on your address. Please enter your address at checkout for an exact quote. Keep in mind that international orders may take longer due to customs clearance, and any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you have specific delivery instructions, please let us know.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The shipping fee to send back the return is on the customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in itsoriginal packaging. You'l also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at fashion@shoppauseny.com. lf your return is accepted, wel send you a return confirmation, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return wil not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at fashion@shoppauseny.com. Damages and issues, Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items, Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Refunds, We will notify you once we received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
